Did you know that if you eat candy corn and dry roasted peanuts together they taste just like a Payday bar. I know that is not earth shaking, but just think, if you are ever stranded on a desert island, and you feel like you just gotta have a Payday bar, all you need to do is get your hands on some candy corn and dry roasted peanuts and you're good to go. Could save your butt in a pinch.

Aye the European laws are slowly killing things off.

Don't get me started on EASA, if everything they want to impliment with regards Pilot Licensing goes through gone will be the days you can fly privately unless you have an awful lot of money. Gliding clubs will really suffer, but this is not the place for such remonstrations.
