Will ~ cp V2 2.4g Transmitter in the upper left of the Hov Pitch knob, in the general pattern with fixed speed mode, the need is no need to rotate?

When you rotate knob clockwise main blade pitch increases, counter clockwise pitch decreases. So, if you want less RPM turn knob clockwise. But I recommend leaving it on center :prop:
