For my Belt CP V2...

Company: Think R/C located in California
Website: http://www.thinkrc.com/
Stuff available/ordered: Tail Boom, Knightheads, Main Gear, Horizontal Fin Holder, Main Blade Clamps, Fly Bar, Training Gear
Pros: Order shipped next day - complete. All needed parts were in stock. Domestic warehouse/shipping point (not overseas).
Cons: May have gotten the WRONG training gear, but am still investigating...

Confirmed they sent the wrong part. Sent me small training gear rather than 450-size. They promptly emailed a FedEx return shipping label, and once they had confirmation of pick-up (able to see tracking number on FedEx site), they shipped correct replacement gear.
Only complaint at that point was that I had paid for 2nd day shipping on the original order, and they sent replacement via priority mail.

Company: Ron's Heliproz South

Website: www.ronlund.com

Items Ordered: Servo arm balls and screws, link measuring fixture, Deans connectors, 2MM nuts.

I have had excellent communication with Ron's related to my TINY order. There was some mixup on the pricing of the 2MM nuts and they emailed me several times to make sure it was straightend out. They also let me know when my paypal payment was received and when the items shipped.

I would not hesitate to do business with them again. They are near the top of my goto list.

The best service I have got was from Spektrum in the US. I bought my Spektrum DX6i in Holland and after a while one of the trim buttons broke off. In Holland I had to send the complete transmitter to the service point to get it repaired. No spare parts availible. I sended one e-mail to Horizon Hobbies in the US and within 4 days I had the parts at home with compliments under full service.

So if you want to buy a new transmitter look over here:
