Can you use a 15c discharge 11.v lipo for a belt cp?

yeah it will work fine, just don't try any 3D or the battery might get a little warm, but a 20-30C would be better

So the battery will give 27A discharge. You can use it, but don't fly too hard. My 1800mah 20c battery is very hot after flying (even hovering) orange44

the 11.1v 1800mAh that came with my old Belt CP never got hot during hovering or FF. I wasn't good enough to do anything close to 3d back then, lol
