E-Smart Plastic Edition safe for Bathrooms

I'll post the pic in a little bit so everyone else understands why this is funny but there are 2 E-Smart manual, 1 for the Plastic Edition and another for the Semi-Metal, Metal and Carbon Fiber editions. Well the 2nd Maunal clearly states the E-Smart should NOT be used in bathrooms but the Plastic Edition Manual makes NO mention of this so it must be ok, right,

When i take a shower i take my E-smart with me to clean it.

I just got an image of someone sitting in the tub with the transmitter and flying around their bathroom.

I figure since most people's kitchens are bigger then their bathrooms it must be ok for the other living areas
