Take off rotor head? Empty

What do you need to hold to pull the rotor head off? Just hold the outer paddle control frame or do you need to do some other procedure? I can get one side of it off but I am a bit scared to put to much pressure on to get the other side off. One of my blades is cracked so I think it is time to replace them and I have another rotor head assembly ready to put on.

Thanks!

i kinda hold the main frame and ease the head from side to side until it pops up,it gets easier when it`s a little worn :bigthumb:

You can pry it off with a small phillips head screwdriver one side at the time.
