I was going over the screws for preflight as per the online videos when I noticed this one screw was stripped from the factory (see pic)

Is this critical?

Try this. Put some thread around the screw threads and see if that will tighten it up. If that won't do it try thin dental floss. Don't over tighten the screw. It is easy to do. You need to get some blue lock tight and put on it. That will prevent it from backing out. Check all of the screws. Because a heli vibrates alot they will back out. Did you see the photo of my heli balancer? Its east to do and saves dropping the heli.

Yes I saw the photo, I'm not really equipped to build such a thing right now so pencils will do.

I'm not sure I can get the screw out, it's stripped pretty good. I'm thinking I won't have a lot of choice in the matter and am wondering if I can still fly it like that?

Otherwise I'm wondering if I can consider it defective and have xheli replace it or something?

One screw loose in the frame = no problems
At least I think so :giggle:
