Futaba 6EXP Tx Setup Help

Hello,

I recently purchased the EXI Squadron 450, Upgrade Package B and the ESky EK2-0704B Gyro. I've been reading all I can and watched all your videos (Finless Bob's too) but there is still a couple areas I'm not sure how to set on my Tx. If you have the time I'd appreciate your help.

My Tx, Futaba 6EXP has a few settings I don't fully understand where they need to be set, the manual tells what each function is used for but not how it should be setup. I'm a beginner looking for basic hovering and general flight setup. (No 3D ATM) If anybody can tell me how these settings should be set I'd really appreciate it!
