Need simulator cable for ART-Tech E-FLY 100C model

I have been trying to find this simulator cable for this radio that I just bought with my Typhoon 400 heli. The radio is simulator ready but no cable. I can't find, buy or steal (HA HA) this cable anywhere so I was hoping someone would know how to build one by taking a USB cable (one I used for my digital camera) and a cable from my headset (has mini phone cable) and combine the two to make this simulator cable.

I did try art-tech and Hoby-Loby and many hours on the internect looking around..

Aslo I am hoping on getting a user manual for this radio,,,,, You guess it I bought everything used...thanks to anyone for the help

I have the same TX as you from Art-Tech. I think the sim cable is just a mono audio cable. Like the stereo audio cables that comes with mp3 players but only mono. Very easy to make one too if you have the parts.
