i have a 2200mah batt i have been charging it for like 1:30-2:00 hours and the cell volt count it no1 4.16 no2 4.17 no3 4.21 total volt 12.5 is this normal

It looks that your charger is not balancing cells. What charger you are using? But it is pretty normal
