I have a CopterX with a 150T main gear and a 430XL 3550KV motor what tooth pinion should I use?

11 t is way too small. there's not that good power. i usually use the 14 tooth but 13 t should be fine ...

Hey Guys, I believe if you are a beginner you should use a 12T ...13 MAX. till you are good enough for forward flight,, like flying around, fig.8's back and forth,banked turns and ...well flying.... 14 would be just too fast... most helis in the EXI, copterX , ESKY and most middle road helis range will not handle this high of a HS well for too long.. 3100 rpm also means CF blades ONLY!!!! 11T...2450 12T...2680 13T...2902 14T...3125!!!!! I would start out with a 12T!! Just MY OWN IDEAS!!!
