Step 2 - Upload pictures from your computer to your account
Step 3 - After your pic has uploaded, under each picture will be some links, copy the bottom one that says [img]
Step 4 - Copy and paste the URL into your post
Also, you can "Preview" your post to make sure the picture will show up, in case you want to make any changes before actually posting your message.

Also, if you're like me and have a digital camera that takes really nice pics but they are large in size and file size. To help make them easier to upload, I use a free Windows XP program called "Image Resizer". Its free to download, EASY to install and even EASIER to use. You can use it to resize your pics to various sizes without any noticable loss in quality.
