Comments: I just found these guys yesterday. Had some questions on ordering some items and they responded quickly with an email. Just order HBFP from xheli.com. I found these guys www.slickzero.com. They had Super Skids and several other items I was looking for and shipping was cheap. Ordered the morning of the 31st I recieved tracking number the same day. Will post update when order arrives.

Just so you will know, it's been quite awhile, but I've ordered from Slick Zero several times, and are well pleased with them. I highly recommend them.

Pros: Order shipped next day - complete. All needed parts were in stock. Domestic warehouse/shipping point (not overseas).
Cons: May have gotten the WRONG training gear, but am still investigating...

UPDATE:
Confirmed they sent the wrong part. Sent me small training gear rather than 450-size. They promptly emailed a FedEx return shipping label, and once they had confirmation of pick-up (able to see tracking number on FedEx site), they shipped correct replacement gear.
Only complaint at that point was that I had paid for 2nd day shipping on the original order, and they sent replacement via priority mail.

I have had excellent communication with Ron's related to my TINY order. There was some mixup on the pricing of the 2MM nuts and they emailed me several times to make sure it was straightend out. They also let me know when my paypal payment was received and when the items shipped.

I would not hesitate to do business with them again. They are near the top of my goto list.

The best service I have got was from Spektrum in the US. I bought my Spektrum DX6i in Holland and after a while one of the trim buttons broke off. In Holland I had to send the complete transmitter to the service point to get it repaired. No spare parts availible. I sended one e-mail to Horizon Hobbies in the US and within 4 days I had the parts at home with compliments under full service.
