motor for 450er heli for non 3d flying

the following motor with esc will do for a 450 sized heli??:

basically i want to have the esc, to replace the ESKY BELT CP one. I thought, why not to get a combo and having the motor as spare. the original esky motor has 3800 kv/max, but i dont have no idea how much the normal rpm's, for normal flight (in hover mode) are.
