Group buy on HBFP metal parts?

Miracle Mart has been so good with their service I've been thinking of asking them about bundling the metal upgrades for HBFP together for a lower price, like you see done with other helis. Someone has to be the first to do it. Might help if there was a group buy attached to it. Would anyone be interested?

What parts are you looking at and what's the regular price for the package?

There's no "package" yet, all parts must be purchased individually.

Go to your favorite heli store and look through the HBFP upgrades. I believe all the metal parts would be $100 or more if purchased seperately.

For the larger and more complex Trex 450 you can get the CP head and belt tail pieces in metal for $50.

For Belt CP you can get it all for $30.

Why it has to cost so much more for the small and simple HBFP is beyond me.

Buy metal parts from www.heliguy.com . They are alot cheaper there, but mostly out of stock

For those of us on this side of the pond, I imagine the conversion rate and shipping outweighs the gains, but I havent checked for sure.

I was going to buy from heliguy a few days ago, but too much was out of stock . . . Besides, we may get a better deal this way.

I don't know how good it'll be, I'll point Miracle Mart to this thread and see what they come back with. I'll post on RC Universe and possibly other forums if they're interested and maybe that'll make for a good deal. I'm kinda hoping since Miracle Mart is Chinese they'll be able to talk to the factory and get a bundle into regular production, so this isn't a one time deal. I think there is enough interest in the HBFP to justify production of a low cost bundle set, we just need to convey our interest to the manufacturer.

Let's see if one more guy wants to play.

I agree, I would want to see "CNC HBFP Bundle" on the site, just like belt cp, lama, etc.

good good, might try rcgroups.com, Im there quite a bit and its well travelled as well. Not to steal thunder from this forum, but in this case i guess it makes sense.
