Hi Nuttsy,
Last night I sent an email to one on my Esky parts suppliers to ask them
if they could stock the E-smart parts.
They replied by saying that =

Sorry to tell you that we will not carry the E-smart.
Because I was told by the Esky, this helicopter is discontinued.
They said, for large helicopters, they will have a new model coming
out to the market
It is the Esky 900.
Expected release in august.

The supplier is = Miracle-mart

So why do I read that the E-smart will be going back into production
with the parts and the Heli.
Could you please let me know what your views are.

Thankyou,
fitzy. orange78

Originally ESky dropped the E-Smart in the middle of 2008. But through a mass e-mail campaign, ESky said they will reproduce the E-Smart but since they cannot confirm an actual release date they won't officially announce it to their distributors (or anyone actually) but they are in the process of changing their line to produce the E-Smart again.

As far as the new "900" thats coming out. That heli has been "coming" for over a year now. They latest news about it is that there was a problem with the blades so it will be delayed AGAIN, hahahahahahahahahaha orange72

The E-Smart will be coming back, its ESky's best and biggest heli!

you that we still have some hope for my E-SMART.
I sent three emails to Esky last night. I starting to loose count
how many that I have sent.
Thanks,

Hi suriano,
I have not got any further with my big fella E-SMART at the moment
as I have been trying to set my Belt cp up with my new
Futaba T6ex.
I proberly will have to call on you guys because when I first set
it up I put all the settings into the tx and did not do the mechanical
on the heli. so things are a bit screwed up.
Just one question do I have to only have to on the tx have to have
the normal throttle set first and then do a mechanical to the heli
or do I have to set the normal throttle & normal pitch set on the
tx first.
My brain is not computing at the moment.

thankyou,
fitzy. orange78

Hey Fitzy,

Well You should set up the TX first before the heli. I have only flown 3d heli's
so its always been the TX first then you set up the servos using mid stick as
your 0 pitch reference.

Basic rundown is to set up your basic pitch and throttle curves on the TX.
Then switch the TX to stunt or 3D mode and with the engine unplugged move
your throttle to mid stick and then set your servo horns on the servo. Using
sub trims get them right where you need them. This will also be your 0 pitch
on your blades.

So picture the blades being at 0 pitch when you are at mid stick so that you get
your +10 when you move it full up and -10 when you move it fully down.

Even after that if you dont fly 3d and in normal mode it will still be right.

you might have other q's just ask.....

nuttsy,
Thanks I will have a look at them this weekend and try to get in the air
but proberly wont because its been quite windy. I could have ago
in the family room if the wife is out. Ha, Ha,
Nuttsy,
I have been waiting for some replacement backup blades for my
E-SMART t Crazysmile hat I had ordered and paid for anyway after quite a long time
my supplier cant get any so it was going to be a refund or other
parts.
So guess what with the money I paid and a bit more I brought
a RTF 2.4g BELT-CP V2 and now its on its way. I think I just
wanted to get the purchase off the computer after waiting so
long.
what do you think of these helis.
Thanks
