just got my transpro 450 zl 5 min ago in the mail and ll i can say i WOW the carbon fiber is amazing quality of carbon fiber is so strong not cheap at all!! head and tail amazing



BTW -- the exi heli is more beafier in size and a little longer not much and you can tell compared to the belt cp there's more mass of a heli this heli must WORK out LOL

should i put lock tight on my new frame screws?

The frame is from carbon fiber right? I think thread lock (loctite) is only used securing metal parts. But I am not sure

ok im put Tread locker blue on the metal on metal screws


can some one please tell me were the battery gets mounted on the model i just got i can't tell if it goes in the bottlom flat peace or the top slanted across i can't start the build till i know link above

Shame they do not do the bare bones without the ali case for less, it would seem if you want it without it costs you $70 dollars more!!

Can't figure tat out, unless I'm missing something obvious, they do seem the same except without the ali case.

What does TransPro refer to btw?

What motor are you putting in, you say your using a 30Amp Volcano ESC?

hey great forum i get mine mon the 21st really don't know what to expect just going by the pictures it may take a week or two before i'm up and going and if any one has pictures during there build please post i'm going to need all the help i can get.

when u get it make sure u locktite the head i only did the body with lock tight and i just notice 2 screws were missing on the head flybar part after a only a 3 min hover

oh it crashed right into my basement ceiling from a brand new bad esc and a crappy brand new motor no damage bent fly barthank god its a soft drop ceiling im still chubbing away all nice and smooth now just got to setup up the tail better

From what I saw the X is a copy of the TREX, at least the 500 looks exact... I don't have a T450 so I'm not sure bout that.. but the 500 is..
BTW.. For what it is worth... I'm really likin the Black Angel myself..!!

I got mine today what a great piece of machinery,was goin to pull every thing out of my beltcp v2 but I got the new esc and i finished my DTS and this thing is starting to fly like a pretty good HBFP. Worked on most of the day (had a day off and wife and kids are gone,Ido miss them sometimes). Took it out to fly with wind blowing around about 3 to5 mph all dirrections and the belt flew well

I was reading up on the forum and burton is having a field day with his 450 zl good luke buddy and lead by example I'm watching for the updates

i put in a align 430xl motor with align 35amp esc

outside testing my exi flys but not set up right yet

Is that the only turns you can do?? 360's or can you make smallturns like 90 '

i can do 90 i was just spinning to see how fast each way was... one way goes alot quicker then the other
