Mode 1 to Mode 2 conversion esky

I'm trying to change my 4ch Mode1 to mode2. Basically swapping the pots from one side to the other. It works however my throttle is upside down. (stick up)

I tried to reverse it but when I turn on the heli, the reciever doesn't initialize when the stick is down. It's like it's still think that down is full throttle so it blinks red.

Anyone do a conversion of their mode1 to mode2 before?

I know I should've gotten a mode2 to begin with but that's what they sent me. For now I'm using my lama TX which is Mode2.

I figured out why mine wasn't working like it should. Here is a tutorial on how to change mode 1/mode2 for the Esky ET4 2.4ghz transmitter that comes with the honey bee v2. I had to swap the whole sticks, not just the pots for throttle.
