Charging NIMH AA bats in stock HBFP v2 2.4Ghz Transmitter?

I noticed a charge port on the side of my transmitter.

Can I use the "Switching Adapter" (transformer) that came with the Heli (used to charge the battery) for this function?

If so, do you turn the TX on so it indicates charge state or do you just leave it on and it stops when it's done?

Probably not, the adapter for the lipo charger is center positive, where as the transmitter is center negative.

I'm pretty sure you'd also need *Recharable Batteries* in the Tx as regular batteries are not chargeable...

Ok, anyone know where I can get the adapter for this?

keithldick: Yes, that's what NIMH batteries are..nickel metal hydride. Rechargeable.
