HB V2 tail mods

Hello all ....... so i picked up a Xterem direct drive tail ready pack a few weeks ago, i have gotten a few of Xterme's items b4 silly i forgot how bad there instructions were . . well i always managed to get them installed in the past .. not this time any ideas or tips would be much appreciated. 1 problem is i coulndt get the piece that i assume gose into the tail shaft in the shaft it was to big around, so i tried just puting the xtreme motor in the stock tail assembly but it has no gear on it, blah so i stoped there ... glued a piece of wood to the tail stop that had broken on the original and kept going with the stock tail untill today, the heli starts a slow circle to the right and the trim is adjusted all the way so i figure the motor is about to go.
