Totally agree, been flyin a CopterX tail (basically same thing) for over a year and no worries.

I haven't been real impressed with the amount of slop in the tail assemblies of the Squadron or $39.95 kits I have purchased lately. (Maybe I should buy a higher quality of kit to start with, save money in the long run.)
Does this assembly look like it would work on the Squadron and $39.95? I know, I know it is as much as a Squadron kit and almost twice the cost of a $39.95 but, just look at it. Ain't it purty!
It's all metal and looks like the free play problem would not be an issue.
If you guy think it may fit the Squadron I may have to give one a try. What do you think?

That one looks a little heavy but very nice. Have a look at these items for CopterX. This is what I fly, no slop. Complete CNC tail is $19.99, and you can get the whole CNC head and tail for only $49.99.

I say get which ever tail unit you can get cheaper, most CNC tail sets are the same anyways even if they're listed for different helis, most 450s are based off the T-Rex 450.
