Will ~ Belt-cp V2 manual is written, fixed-speed pitch mode, and vice-7 degrees, which is the recommended value, or determine the value?

If not, then ~ is generally used when the original device's remote control, fixed speed mode is to pitch the number of degrees?

(My Denso, Esky 25a & Align 35a electronic variable speed, 11.1v 2200mah 25c & Esky 11.1v 1800mah 20C) are the original configuration of the other ~
