New heli 500 or 600 size, what brand

Hi to you all.

I'm planning to purchase a new heli, so what do you think I should chose ??
A 500 or a 600 size, and what brand.
I was thinking of:
E-sky E smart
Align T-Rex 600 ESP
Align T-Rex 500 ESP
ARK 5002 X500
EXI 500 Carbon Edition


Happy to get eny suggestions

I'm in procwss of building an ES600 full metal, but when I was looking to buy KA Planes had a pretty good deal on a TRex 600. Might want to check them out. Main reason I went with the ES600 was it would be a bit less expensive to build and also Nuttcaze seems to think it"s a pretty good heli.

I've been searching around, and the T-REX parts.com sell the 600ESP for 549.99usd
and thats with cf blades,motor,esc and rx battery.

I really like my E-Smart but waiting for E_Sky to get off their @ss and launch the new version of the E-Smart that they keep promising is really driving me up the wall

If you go with the TRex, Finless Bob has a pretty good set of build vids over on the Freak. It'll cost a bit more than the ES 600. If you go with the ES 600, It'll be less expensive to build and repair, and Nuttcaze to help you out. ( plus a couple of other of us goof balls on this forum to toss our 2 cents worth in from our limited experiences with it). I can't imagine the new ES 600 being so much different that Nuttcaze and the rest of us won't still be able to help. I don't think you will go wrong with either copter.

I've got a full metal ESmart for sale now. Includes everything cept Battery and rec.
Askin 500 but will look at offers!!

Well, I got lucky and scored a bunch of the mains. I haven't really needed any thing for mine except one part and got it with no problem.v Helidirect seems to have a good stock. And I'm having a blast learning to fly mine!!!

Hmm, seems like I'm gonna go for a E-Smart then.
But, it's a gay not very far me who has a helicopter he's gonna sell. He didn't know what brand or size. He told me it was a gift. So I'm gonna look at it.

you will love the E-Smart if you get one. It is an absolutely fantastic heli.

Despite it having bad parts support. I have been working to get upgraded parts made for the "Hard-to-find" parts. I already got MicroHeli to make some CNC Delrin main gears, that fixes the ONLY weak spot on this heli. I'm trying to get "Hardened Main shafts" made next. I'll let you know how that goes.

I've also started a campaign to get E_Skt to re-start production of the E-Smart. I'm not sure it'll do anything but its good to let ESky know that we really do want this heli. Its by far their BEST HELI.

So somebody needs to make the move!! I'd rather sell to someone here so you got the favor cause of that. Nuttsey is dead on when he says you won't want to fly anything smaller after you fly an Esmart!!!

haha, Blazemob has that exact problemm right now, after flying his E-Smart, he doesn't wanna have anything to do with any heli smaller then the E-Smart, he lost interest in his EXI 450's. It took him 2 days to master side in hovering with his E-Smart where he had been working on that for weeks with his EXI's

I guess it is the large side!!LOL But The others will be fun to fly the others once we are masters!!
