Wonder how many amps that draws itself, not much I'm sure.

Do many on these forums use these alarms? I've thought about it as I find I never take not of what time I start her up and its only guess work how long Ive been flying, never remember to start a stop watch either

They consume not much power. You'll not feel any difference in flying times. I bought 3s version for my belt cp from hobbyking, because unexpected cut offs sucks :prop: But I didn't receive it yet orange3

would 9v be a safe cutoff according to hobby king thats when it chimes in.

should land when flashing red light come on

flashing and siren comes on is way too low thats when i believe it drops to 9.9v

can also be picked up @ HD http://www.helidirect.com/maxpro-battery-monitor-lightalarm-for-lipo-batteries-p-8159.hdx
